Why are guyz such pervz?

Okay.. Well my friend Tanner is always getting mad at me because when he tries to be a perv i get mad.. He knows i hate it when he starts that perv crap.. It aint my style now he will not talk to me.. I think i should be the one mad not him.. And if im not mad he shouldnt be.. What do i do???
