What surgery is recommend to get to remove fibriods and cyst to get pregnant?

hi, my name is kasii and i have 3 fibriods and a cyst on my ovaries that causes blockage on my Fallopian tubes and not able to conceive. i want a baby desperately and is thinking of undergoing surgery but is afraid of high risks or the surgery wont turn out good. i was wondering if anybody has a successful story on surgery and conceiving a baby and can tell me what surgery is recommended to remove fibriods or cyst or both, and does it help with fertility?
