Cramping beginning at 7 dpo?

Cramping suddenly began at 7 dpo and has been going on for three days now. Feels like I'm about to start my period but it is still not due for over a week. Also felt something that felt like cramping in my ovaries or fallopian tubes today. No breast soreness at all which I almost always get before my period. I'm TTC and could this be a good sign? Thanks.
