I don't know if I have Depression, Bipolar disorder, Something else, or Nothing at all.?

I have been having mood swings. Not all at once. My sleep has been rapidly changing. And it is hard to admit but I've been having sex drives. Most of the time I talk super fast and I'm a perv and I love to make dirty jokes and have my fun. Then, I'll have days when I am very gloomy, I want to just sit outside and think. Off and On I have been having Suicidal thoughts. I'm not very sure if these are symptoms of anything. I find myself often hating on people. I am just not sure of anything. Help? Please?
