Survey--Does it annoy you when users ask the same question over and over and over?

Because Atlanta Braves Fan is here again, asking about bare feet again. Seems like this is some sort of perv with a foot-fetish. Why ask the same thing over and over and over.....is it mental illness or a brain-damage thing?
