If a man developed a uterus can they give birth?

I guess if something was "implanted" in their, seeing as he has no eggs... you just need to have the uterus, baby, placenta, and make sure stuff can feed into the placenta...and then another hole to be their vagina seeing how it cant come out of the penis. And the right hormones...maybe if he was a stranger hermy.
