Will i still be able to get pregnant....?

I had an ectopic pregnancy back in 2009. I ended up with only 1 fallopian tube (my left one) & have both my ovaries....my husband and I had been trying a lot every month for 7 months...this past month we just did it when we felt the most fun (if that makes sense) . Which instead of like 10+ times of trying we did it like 3 times, around my ovulation day which was the 17th of April. Sense then my nipples are more sensitive, some minor cramping, hairs gotten greasier/skin more oily & very tired!! Do you think We might of conceived???? Please Help! Oh I have been taking pre natal vitamins since the beginning of January. I shouldnt be getting my period till around the 3rd of May.
