I would like to no if there is any body out there that has had a partial hydrosalpinx and concived naturally?

i have only my right fallopian tube and ovary after an operation a few years ago to remove my left and now i have been told that i have a partial hydrosalpinx on my right tube and ovary,i want to no if there is any one out there that has conceived naturally with this problem and not had to resort to ivf treatment
