Is it hard to get pregnant after having a Fallopian tube removed?

on Thursday i had surgery to remove my right tube because of a ectopic pregnancy that has happen 2 in two months . wondering if theres any ladies out there that has had this happen. it seems its not that com men i haven't had any answers from my last question. in April i had surgery to remove a ectopic pregnancy in the right tube then two weeks after the pregnancy i got pregnant again and it was another ectopic pregnancy so the doc removed my right tube. im re coving really well and im recovering a lot faster then the first pregnancy. oh is my first period going to be bad and feel different since i dont have one of my fallopian tube?? sorry so long. were not going to try for another child for at least a few years . i have always been very fertile so just wondering if it will be very hard to fall pregnant when we do try
