I had my uterus removed but still have my fallopian tubes and ovaries, can I still get pregnant?

You cannot get pregnant as you have nowhere for the baby to develop. Also while you do not have to worry about birth control for getting pregnant, you can still contract STD's so, yes, you still need to worry about birth control.
