Can you get pregnant when your premenopausal?

am 40yrs old and i think am premenopausal my periods are lil off. i spot just one day until my period is suppose to come. i get headaches my breast hurt. i get nausea. and i want to get pregnant i have no kids. i did have blighted ovum in 2008 then i got pregnant again in 2008 and miscarried at 2half months. then i had a tubal pregnancy in 2009 and had my left fallopian tube removed. and havent tried since. oh yea am also Rh negative.and now i think am premenopausal.
