Red painful spots/bumps on the lower part of my stomach?

during the last week i have developed small red bumps on the lower part of stomach. at first it was a large red spot that i just assumed was a blocked pore but this morning i woke up and around 4 or 5 smaller ones have appeared. the spots are just bellow my belly button the are painful to touch. i am also worried because i have been feeling dizzy and vomiting during the past 3 days and when i sneeze my Fallopian tubes hurt for a few seconds before returning to normal. thanks x
