Left lower side pain?

I recently started having pain on my left lower side (in the area of my left fallopian tube). I've been holding the bathroom alot at work. I don't know if that has to do anything with the pain on my lower left side. Also my eating habits is not so good, fast food. My bowels are thin, almost like a snake like. Should I be worried?
