Late period had ectopic in Feb too scared to take a test very anxious and sad HELP?

period due on 27th of may never came just started getting little tiny cramping nuthing like period tho cuz my period pains kill me. worried and to scared to take preg test im 25 and really we want a baby now?? had an ectopic in feb and had one fallopian tube removed doc said my ovaries and womb/uterus was perfect? pls help im so nervous cant sleep? also iv a high temp the past 4 day?
