That's a tough one :(. I'm sorry to hear you've been through all that... I don't know about pills but you can try increasing your guy's sperm count and then "try" every night after your period. Blood doesn't kill sperm either so if you get a completely irregular surprise period, it shouldn't affect the little guys lol. Good luck to you, I hope you get your baby.
