Do this feel right to you I'm very sad?

I was pregnant 2 weeks ago with an ectopic...I got a metroxate shot first 2 weeks ago for a supposedly ectopic in my ovary it was a mass what the saw in my ovary that i always wonder wether it was cyst turn out 2 days later i was in pain, the pain was always in my ovary cuz i was able to pint out when they did ultrasound and it was right in my ovary...doctor schedule an exploratory surgery for the next day since the ultrasound wasn't showing anything clearly, well i wake up and i was told that the pregnancy was in my left fallopian tube and they take it out....that's all I was told to this day i wonder what it was in my ovary...something didn't feel right to me the all time, I was just 4 weeks and 3 days pregnant and my levels were at 3000 when the remove the pregnancy and the levels at 1400 when they give me the shot and it was because they didn't see anything in my uterus at 4 weeks pregnant!! they jump into conclusion that it was ectopic because I have my tubes tied..the doctor its not informative at all, all that i have explain its all i had been told, i can't wait to feel better to get some hospital records but i think in my heart that my pregnancy was a normal one and when the doctor went in to remove the pregnancy from my ovary he realize there was not ectopic but to cover his *** he remove my fallopian tube...I did everything i did like taking the shot cuz the advice me to, I trusted them, Now i feel broken with something i will never know! I still feel a little pregnant but i realize that if my baby was in my uterus that baby its probably not there anymore :(
