Can a girl get pregnant during her 4th day?

We had xxx Yesterday and I didn't came and she didn't feel I came..... when I pulled out (not to release ***) there was liquid in the floor she told me she wants to pee (We did this while she has blood coming out of her vagina).... I don't know if I came but I asked her if she felt anything come out she said none, so is it possible? because based on what I know it's not because I think it's still in the Ovary or Fallopian Tube? HELP PLEASE....
