Bra while sleep ? GIRLS ONLY PLEASE !?

It's up to you, I some times wear them to bed and some times I don't, if you want to sleep in a bra but yours is annoying you can try wearing a sports tanktop bra with no wire that isn't to tight. I wear those to bead alot because the wire doesnt bug me and I don't bounce. In regards to t-shirts it's up to you again, if u don't like it don't wear it and if you do than do. Heck if u want u could sleep nude. Girls do it just like guys so it's not a gender thing. And none of them will affect your breasts so I hope this helped
