Is it possible for me to get pregnant with only one overy and tube (same side) if my tube has had a optopic p?

I just got out of the hospital after emergency surgery. I had an op-topic pregnancy o 10 weeks (left side) rupture and my ovary (same side) was the same size as my uterus. 15 years ago I had an op-topic pregnancy on my right side. My doctor said because of my previous op-topic , my remaining fallopian tube is not connected. VERY VERY SAD !!! Yes I can still be inseminated, but haven't women that have had their tubes cut had children afterwords ?
