I only have one fallopian tube. How successful would a tubal reversal be?

I only have one fallopian tube. I had a tubal ligation and am now having a reversal next month. Has anyone had success with only one tube? Also, I would love to get any information about how long the surgery will take and how long the recovery after surgery takes.
