Did you have to have more blood work done after?

having surgery to have your fallopian tube remove cause of a second ectopic pregnany? just wondering why if the fallopian tube is removed so that would mean the pregnancy was removed that was inside of it. my doc said if the hormone has not gone down then i will need medicine . just wondering of this has happened to you
