What could cause pain around my fallopian tubes?

Your fallopian tubes (except for perhaps really traumatic injury) would not be seen through the muscle wall. The closest I can think this might be is called a hernia. Hernia's are actually when small sections of your intestines poke through the muscle wall. This usually happens when lifting heavy objects and not lifting them with your legs. You should see a doctor about this as, if I am right, you may need some minor surgery.
