Is it more painful to ovulate if you do not have a fallopian tube?

I don't know. When I ovulate it really hurts. I can feel it tightening and moving about. My mom thinks I'm crazy. I'm 25 and never had a part of a my fallopian tubes removed. Maybe, since it was removed you've become more sensitive to the feeling? You could ask your doctor about it.
